ADMISSION FORM (1st Year Students only)

REQUIREMENTS FOR FORM SUBMISSION

  • Unique Identification Number (UIN) generated through Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University website (https://rmlauexams.co.in/)
  • Valid Aadhar No.
  • Active Mobile Number
    • Mobile number should be with the applicant at the time of form filling
  • Alternate Mobile Number (Preferably of parent)
  • UPLOAD DOCUMENTS
    • Passport Size scan copy (Minimum Size 50Kb)
    • Signature scan copy (Minimum Size 50Kb)
    • High School Marksheet (10th) scan copy (Minimum Size 300Kb)
    • Intermediate Marksheet (12th) scan copy (Minimum Size 300Kb)
    • Aadhaar Card (Front & Back Side) Scan Copy (Minimum Size 200Kb)
    • UIN Registration Certificate Scan Copy (Minimum Size 200Kb)
  • STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED
    • Step 1 Generation of UIN Registration Number (10 Digits)
    • To generate UIN will have to fill the UIN form available at the Dr. Rammanohar Lohia Avadh University website (https://rmlauexams.co.in).
    • Take a print out of the generated UIN Registration Certificate.
    • Step 2 Form Filling
    • Applicant will have to fill the application form.
    • Step 3 Educational Qualifications
    • Applicants have to fill their educational qualifications.
    • Step 4 Upload photo and signature
    • Applicants have to upload their photo and scanned signature.
    • Step 5 Preview
    • Applicants can preview all the entries made at this point. If there is some error, they can edit it or start the entire process again. Once they have submitted the application fee the data submitted in the registration page cannot be edited under any circumstances.
    • Step 6 Course Fee
    • If all the entries in the application form are correct then applicant can submit the form and proceed for payment of the admission fees. Applicant should Upload the payment receipt also wait for payment Approval (Approval shall be given in 48 hours).
    • Step 7 Print Application form
    • Applicants can print their complete application form after payment approval.
    • Applicants have to retain a printout of their application form which will be needed later on.
    • Applicants do not have to send the print out of the application form to the College.
